Cooperation Areas

The School of International Organization at Renmin University of China is committed to establishing partnerships with international organizations and providing students with a wide variety of internship and research opportunities so that students’ international perspective and global competence can be cultivated. We are ready to cooperate with international organizations in the following aspects.

1. Academic and Scientific Research.

We are ready to invite experts and scholars from international organizations to participate in academic exchanges through hosting international seminars and academic forums, so that we can share the latest research results and advanced concepts together. Besides, we are ready to promote exchanges and cooperation with more experts and scholars through deepening the understanding of the research fields, and carrying out joint research in scientific research fields of common interest, such as sustainable development, climate change and global governance etc. We can achieve this by carrying out joint research projects, producing joint scientific research reports, accelerating the progress of scientific research projects and the output of results, and cooperating to promote the realization of the goals of sustainable development. Our ultimate goal is to formulate sustainable solutions to addressing global challenges.

2. Field research and visit or co-hosted activities.

Holding field research and visit activities will enable more teachers and students to understand the mission, work and achievements of the international organization, and gain an in-depth understanding of the mode of operation, internal mechanism and professional requirements of the international organization, as well as obtain practical career advice and employment information during the research and visit activities. These valuable experiences and insights will provide students with important guidance and support for their future internships and career development, and help them accommodate themselves more smoothly to the working environment of international organizations.

3. Establishment of internship training bases.

The School of International Organization can support students and young scholars to participate in the work of international organizations through signing Memorandum of Understanding with international organizations, jointly establishing scholarships, and establishing internship training bases in international organizations, which will inject new vitality into the long-term development of international organizations.

The School of International Organization is continuously carrying out a variety of exchange activities with international organizations based on the concept of in-depth interaction, exchange and cooperation with international organizations. We are committed to creating an international and open learning environment for students, and cultivating talents with international vision and global competence through a variety of cooperative projects and practical opportunities. We look forward to working with partners from all walks of life to promote the development of international organizations and make more contributions to the realization of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
