November 28, 2023Student Delegation of School of Global Governance participates in the 4th United Nations Agencies Advocacy and Consultation Event in Shanghai
On 25th November, the School of Global Governance of RUC was invited to participate in the 4th United Nations Agency Consultation jointly hosted by the China Scholarship Council and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. More than 20 international organizations, including UNESCO, UNHCR, UNDP, UNICEF, etc., participated in the presentation and consultation. Forty-three students from the School of Global Governance and one teacher attended the event.

On October 26, 2023, at the invitation of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People’s Republic of China and the Center for Global Competency Development, Tsinghua University (CGCD), a delegation of the School of Global Governance, Renmin University of China (RUC) was formed to participate in the publicity campaign of the UN Outreach Programme on Human Resources. The event was hosted by Liao Ying, Director of Guidance of the CGCD, Tsinghua University. Lv Yulin, Deputy Director General of the International Department of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, gave an opening speech for the event.

July 20, 2023Four RUC students finished the 12th China International Civil Servants Capacity Building Programme
From July 9 to 17, the 12th China International Civil Servants Capacity Building Programme was successfully held in Taicang, Jiangsu Province. The program was hosted by the United Nations Association of China (UNAOC), and supported by the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the PRC. This year, the event was organized by Northwestern Polytechnical University. Four students from RUC participated in the program: Ye Jian, Huang Han, Xie Hang and Lu Qingyu, among them Xie Hang and Lu Qingyu were awarded as excellent students.
